What Flow is

Haimoo Flow is order management software for coffee roasteries. It gathers orders from cafés, restaurants, offices and shops into one queue, works out the day's roast needs by coffee, guides packing on the phone and makes shipping labels through Shipit. Flow is Finnish, works in Finnish, English and Swedish, and is made by Haimoo Company Oy in Vihti.

Roast the day beforeThe delivery date determines the roast day. Late orders and those with no date are always on today's list.
Finished coffee firstFinished coffee in stock is deducted from roast needs, for the orders with the earliest delivery date first.
Separate messagesThe confirmation goes separately to each recipient. Nobody sees the others' addresses, and the history shows every send.
Button opens when readyMark as packed opens only when all bags have been counted and the checks done.
