Limits
What Flow does not do.
Haimoo Flow handles a coffee roastery's order from order to delivery. It does not store roast profiles, does not create invoices and is not a consumer online shop. This page states the limits plainly, so you know them before you subscribe.
Limits
No roast profiles
Flow does not store roast curves or read roaster temperatures. For that there is Artisan, the Aillio app or Cropster.
No invoicing or accounting
Flow does not create invoices. Reports show sales excluding VAT, and monthly sales are available as a CSV file.
No consumer online shop
Flow is for business customers' orders. An online shop and consumer subscriptions are handled separately.
No customer order portal
Customers do not log in to Flow. They order by email or phone, for example, and the order is created in Flow.
No automatic stock deduction
The balance is the sum of the recorded changes. Checking off roasting or packing does not change stock; use is recorded by hand.
No lot-level consumption
Use reduces an item's balance without being allocated to a lot. Flow does not calculate FIFO consumption or convert currencies.
No custom stages
An order's stages are fixed, and you cannot add your own fields. The Dashboard sections cannot be rearranged.
No seasonality in forecasts
The next order estimate and the monthly forecast are rough. They do not know about seasonal variation.
No trial period
The subscription starts with the first payment. You can cancel it at any time, and use continues until the end of the paid month.
