I first built tools for my own working day.

As an entrepreneur, I handle orders, invoicing, visibility and administration alongside the actual work.

Tools were available, but they were often more expensive and complicated than I needed. I did not want to pay for features I never used, so I first built solutions for my own work.

The first tools were born in the daily work of Haimoo Roastery. Orders, invoicing and company visibility had to be handled alongside the core work, so every unnecessary step was immediately felt. I built solutions I could use during a busy day without a heavy rollout or features I did not need.

One application solved one problem, then the next. Many other small businesses face the same work steps. Those internal tools grew into Haimoo Company Oy.

Haimoo builds focused software that solves one real problem clearly. The purpose is to give entrepreneurs more time for their own work.
