The contact form delivers your message to Haimoo through a protected server connection and email.

Contact form

We process your selected contact topic, message, name, email address and optional company information to answer your inquiry and take the pre-contract steps you request. Processing is based on your request before a contract or Haimoo's legitimate interest in answering another inquiry.

Only authorized Haimoo personnel handle the information. Domainhotelli delivers the form message by email. The form service processes the source network address temporarily in memory only for one-time challenges and submission limits; neither the address nor message content is stored in an application database or request logs.

Do not submit sensitive personal information or information about your customers. If you prefer not to use the form, email hello@haimoo.fi.

Retention and your rights

Contact email is retained for no longer than six months unless an agreement, legal obligation or legal claim requires longer retention.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest by contacting the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
