Integrations
Works with what you already use.
Haimoo Flow reads incoming messages from your company's own mailbox and uses your own Shipit account. Labels come from your own images, for example from Canva, and Flow's own monthly fee goes through Stripe. Sales go to your accounting as a CSV file. Mail that Flow sends goes through Haimoo's mail relay, not your own mail server.
Orders into Inbox
Flow reads one roastery mailbox when you open Inbox or Prospects or press the fetch button. Your mailbox is used only for reading the inbox and for saving sent copies of prospect mail. Everything Flow sends goes through Haimoo's mail relay.
- Order messages from known customers appear in Inbox
- The order is created from the message, so it has been checked before roasting
- A prospect's replies arrive in the conversation
Shipit
Shipping labels on your own account
In the Shipit settings you enter your own API key and sender details and choose which delivery services appear on an order.
- The shipping label prints from the order
- Weight is calculated from grams, kilos, millilitres and litres
- For products sold by the piece or metre, weight is entered when packing
Canva
Labels from your own images
A label is an image you upload to Flow, for example a PNG file from Canva. Flow does not need your Canva account.
- Front and back label for a product
- Separate labels for coffee sold as beans and ground
- Roast date and package size come through to the print
Stripe
Flow's own monthly fee
Stripe handles the Flow subscription payment. Card details are never entered into Flow.
- Payment in Stripe's payment view
- Change the payment method in Stripe's customer portal
- Stripe is not involved in your customers' orders
CSV and Excel
Sales out to accounting, prospects in
Flow does not create invoices or do accounting, but you can get the figures out.
- Export to Excel downloads monthly sales as a CSV file
- Prospect list import from a CSV file, at most 500 rows
- The import preview tells you which rows will be skipped
Questions about integrations
All questionsDo I need a Shipit account?
For shipping labels, yes: Flow uses your company's own Shipit account and API key, and Shipit bills transport under your own contract. A pickup order needs no label, and the rest of Flow works without Shipit.
Which email does Inbox work with?
Flow reads one mailbox, whose details you enter in Inbox's email settings. On each fetch it reads the 25 most recent messages.
Is Canva required?
No. A label image is a PNG or JPEG file that you can make with any program. Canva can download it directly.
Does Flow connect to the roaster?
No. Flow does not read roaster data or roast curves. Roast loss is entered by hand in Settings.
