One price. Everything included.

Haimoo Flow costs 155 euros per month. The price includes 25.5% VAT, so the price excluding VAT is 123.51 euros. The same price covers every feature and all of your company's users, and it does not depend on how much you roast. Flow is currently available to companies registered in Finland. You need a Finnish business ID to sign up.

How the subscription works

You subscribe online yourself. Payment is handled through Stripe, and card details are never entered into Flow.

  1. Give your company's name and email

    You receive a personal link by email. Through it you enter your Finnish business ID, create your login and verify your address.

  2. Pay the first month

    Payment is made in Stripe's secure payment view. Access usually opens within a few seconds of payment.

  3. Add products and customers

    Every company starts with an empty catalogue. Coffees, bag sizes, prices and customers are your own from the start. A prospect list can be imported from a CSV file.

  4. Billed monthly, cancel at any time

    The subscription continues one month at a time. You change the payment method and cancel the subscription under Subscription & billing in Flow. When you cancel, use continues until the end of the paid month.

Who can buy Flow?

Flow is currently available to companies registered in Finland. You need a Finnish business ID to sign up. At signup, the trade register must show an active company with a Finnish address and a website domain that matches your email domain.

Is the price per user?

No. One subscription covers the company. The owner invites employees as members and co-owners as owners in Settings, and the number of users does not affect the price.

Does the price depend on how much you roast?

No. The price is the same whether you roast 50 or 500 kilos a month. With many international roastery software products the price rises with the volume roasted; with Flow it does not.

Is there a trial period?

No. You can, however, cancel the subscription at any time, and use continues until the end of the paid month. If you would like to see Flow before subscribing, write to hello@haimoo.fi.

Are there extra charges?

Flow has no add-ons or tiers. Shipit bills shipping labels and transport separately under your own contract, and you print Canva labels on your own printer.

How do I cancel the subscription?

The owner cancels it under Subscription & billing in Flow. Use continues until the end of the paid month, and the end date is shown in Flow. There is no contract period or notice period.
