Stock tab in Reports

Reports gained a Stock tab: stock value, To order now, green coffee cover, purchase price change, waste and idle stock. Sales gained the month's largest customers.

New look and Undo

Dashboard, Orders, Roast needs, Packing on the phone and Customers got a new look. An order's stage can now be undone with the Undo button in the notification.

Roast needs gained roast level, roast loss and batch size. Reports were split into tabs, and Sales was renewed.

Inbox fetches mail by itself

Inbox and Prospects fetch mail when the view is opened. You no longer need to press the button every time.

Prospect lists in as they are

CSV import takes a lead list made by someone else as it is: unknown columns go into a note, and the preview tells you what will happen. Stock item rows work better on the phone than before.

Purchases and suppliers

Every stock item gained a Purchases card: supplier, dates, quantity, price, freight and unit cost with freight. Prospect messages gained a signature and the list gained deletion of several rows.

Prospects and messages

Companies that are not customers yet got their own list with stages. The owner can send a message from the card, and replies arrive in the conversation.

Stock and units

Stock came to Flow: your own groups and items, balance, minimum and log. Finished coffee is deducted from roast needs. Products can now have other units than kilos, and coffee sold as beans and ground has its own labels.

Labels

Front and back label from your own image, for example from Canva. The roast date and package size come through to the print.

Next order estimate

From the customer's own ordering rhythm, Flow estimates when the next order is likely to arrive. The order also stores the orderer.

Reports excluding VAT

Reports show sales excluding VAT and kilos sold, and a monthly average and forecast were added.
